Your Opportunity

The Bid & Contract Representative will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be fully integrated within the Bid & Contract Team, working closely with team members across related functions.

The role is primarily responsible for managing relationships with national and international publishers and customers in Italy, Malta, Greece and Cyprus supporting both individual and consortium-based negotiations, in line with company strategy.

Following each negotiation, the role includes preparing commercial offers for clients, managing follow-ups, handling incoming orders, and preparing documentation for subsequent operational management and invoicing.

The position requires close collaboration with the Sales team, contributing to market promotion activities, webinar organization with publishers, pipeline development, and commercial initiatives

What You'll Do

  • Review and analysis of contractual and commercial documentation;
  • Evaluation of tenders, bid specifications, and requests for quotation (RFQs);
  • Preparation of technical and descriptive documentation;
  • Development and management of complete commercial offers and quotations;
  • Monitoring of commercial opportunities, deadlines, renewals, and contract expirations;
  • Order review and preparation of internal orders;
  • Management of urgent requests and time-sensitive activities;
  • Use of CRM systems and maintenance of accurate internal data records;
  • Preparation of analytical files, statistics, and commercial reporting;
  • Management of publisher relationships and support to negotiation activities.

About You

  • Must be a resident of Turin or nearby areas;
  • 10 or 15+ years of experience in commercial/publisher roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Autonomous management of complex processes;
  • Activity planning, monitoring, and prioritization;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Effective communication with management, internal teams, and customers;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in team-based and multicultural environments;
  • Critical thinking and proactive approach;
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy;
  • Quality control of information entered into systems;
  • Verification of technical and financial data consistency;
  • Ability to assess service profitability;
  • Contribution to the achievement of company objectives;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial relationships;
  • Knowledge of customer-oriented sales techniques and revenue retention strategies;
  • Diploma and/or university degree.

The role is full time, on site – based in Turin (Italy)
