• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, meeting their day-to-day needs.

• Educate and reassure customers on best practices.
• Identify and resolve problems to ensure minimal impact on customers.
• Produce reports to analyse trends and performance of customer accounts.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
• Work within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet deadlines.
• Use business acumen to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Demonstrate excellent office skills, including IT literacy, time management, and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Quick to learn in-house systems.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
