Your Opportunity

We are looking for a candidate to join our Contracts and Tenders team to take full responsibility for the tender and contract process from start to finish.  You will work closely and collaboratively with the Sales team and other internal departments to ensure full completion of the tender documents within strict deadlines.

 

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a Nordic language is desirable. Candidates will have impeccable attention to detail, strong business writing skills, and be able to work well independently and within a team.  You will be able to successfully manage a high workload, multitask and prioritising as needed, and able to work well under pressure.  

 

This role will be based in our Enfield office with the offer of Hybrid working once successfully completed probationary period. Therefore, candidates must be located within a reasonable distance of the office.  

What You'll Do

Contracts and Tenders Processes:

  • Lead the Book Tenders process, coordinating with Sales teams, subject matter experts, and tendering institutions throughout all stages of the process.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain up-to-date standard Tender responses.
  • Manage translation of Nordic tender documents and ensure accurate communication in relevant languages.
  • Coordinate pricing terms and special services with relevant teams.
  • Create and update SLAs and Business Proposals in collaboration with Sales.
  • Track Tender/Quotation issues, report progress to customers and stakeholders, and produce quarterly performance reports.
  • Maintain Contracts/Agreements and manage extensions in consultation with senior management.
  • Assist in evaluating pricing decisions for Tenders and Quotations.
  • Support the preparation of consortium and financial reports and maintain accurate data in NetCRM.

Quotations & Mini-Tenders:

  • Collaborate with Contracts, Sales, and Customer Services teams to maintain quoting standards.
  • Communicate with prospects/customers to clarify or negotiate terms in their provided T&Cs.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate quotation tracking system

About You

Essential requirements:

  • High level of written communication
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent level of competence with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Background and experience in a Bids & Tenders environment
  • Able to grasp in-house systems quickly
  • Evidence of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment

 

Experience:

  • Tender or Bid writing experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in business writing
  • Experience in project managing tenders/bids

Pay Range
