Has the internal sales role for Account Executive.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers across North New Zealand. Directly responsible for servicing all existing business relationships, creating relationships with all customers that fosters the renewal of all existing subscriptions as well as offering opportunities to upgrade and/or select additional products. Through a combination of out-bound and in-bound calls, emails and video conferences you will be responsible for maintaining present sales from existing customers and achieving 95% retention of renewals.
You will work in close co-operation with a field-based Regional Sales Manager and it is expected that you will proactively contribute to the success of this team.
You will maintain the CRM system, respond to customer queries within two business days and complete all required administration for the role.
• Ideally you will have experience in a clinical role and maybe seeking an alternative career to nursing or medical care.
• Experience in B2B sales with technology products ideally including information services
• An outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• The ability to work collaboratively
• Strong administrative skills including Excel
• Familiarity with CRM programs will be beneficial
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
