We are currently seeking a Director of SaaS Innovation for our Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This strategic role will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive the adoption of EBSCO’s SaaS offerings.

• Lead sales strategy development for the SaaS portfolio in the MENA region.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including market VPs, Directors, and RSMs, to
achieve sales goals.
• Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships while expanding the Discovery
Services customer base.
• Set and manage sales process metrics and provide training and sales incentives.
• Ensure successful SaaS implementations by coordinating with Implementation
Teams.
• Manage pricing policies for high-profile customers and channel partners.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Experience as a librarian, with extensive knowledge of library services and systems.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the library industry, specifically with online
research databases, institutional repository platforms, or content management
software.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to manage strategic and operational sales
initiatives.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's in Library and Information Science (MLIS or MLS).
• Experience with EBSCO products and prior administration of SaaS platforms.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to work collaboratively in a resultsdriven
environment.
