Library Service Engineer / Solutions Consultant is dedicated to increasing sales and adoption of EBSCO products in Türkiye through field sales engineering, customer satisfaction-driven creative technical solutions, and post-sales customer nurturing activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong computer science / computer engineering (Bilgisayar Mühendisliği) background and will have a track record of excellence in presenting technical details to a variety of audiences.
You will be the regional authoritative expert on technology aspects of platform functionality, markets, and trends. To achieve this, you will:
Pre-sales customer presentations, meetings, and RFIs/RFPs responses
Post-sales customer interactions

You will be welcomed as a member of an experienced Sales Engineer team (Library Services Engineer) covering Europe, the Middle East & Africa. You will be responsible for clients in Türkiye.
